At check out I handed my gift certificate to the gal with orange/red ponytail and then she told me the cost was $149 less my gift I then owed $70 more. I stated that this was a gift certificatew and I never should be charged add'l. She stated that as I no longer was a member I owed that amount. Finally another gal came over and told her what key to hit on the computer. I was upset with her and she didn't apologize

My esthetician, Liz was amazing. I always book with her because she is knowledgeable and thorough.

I love the privacy in some places they just use a cloth curtain. The rooms at Hand and stone are clean neat and private. Love the room lighting

Anniel is a talented therapist. He is very eager to learn more to help others, and is very attentive. His knowledge and use of products is very advanced for his experience.

Everyone at Hand and Stone are so welcoming. Liz is always on time, does a delightful facial and knows what I like and need. No matter how stressed I feel when I arrive, I am relaxed when I leave. My skin always looks and feels spectacular when Liz, the best aesthetician in America, is finished, And the coconut water is great too.
