Jana was an excellent massage therapist. She was friendly, concerned about my comfort and offered a relaxing massage experience. The facility was very nice and clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

I booked the massage in the morning. There was an afternoon appointment available. The massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I was very relax and rescheduled with her.

Hand and Stone has really improved their customer service over the last couple of months. They communicate better, are more transparent and friendlier. I feel like I'm a valued customer now, and I did not feel that way month ago. I was on the verge of not returning to this location. The massage therapist, Amanda, is the only reason why I stayed. She is the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. She's professional, knowledgeable and gives you the massage you ask for. I awlays feel better after I've seen her. Now, I will continue patronizing this location because of Amanda and the service.
