I love my Massage therapist and the location is very clean. The receptionist are sometimes excellent other times they don't even look up at you

Love the massage therapist but the front desk is wayyyyy too pushy about selling me the member package. Had to tell them no 3 times. Maybe 4. That's annoying.

Pleasant staff, products purchased were reasonably priced and the environment was clean. My esthetician, Dayna, was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and professional.

Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

As always, I was totally satisfied with my massage therapist, Giselly Rodrigues. She has been my therapist for over 4 years. I now travel an hour minimum (roundtrip) to be able to have her give me my massage -- she is that good!! When she changed H&S locations, so did I. This Fort Myers location is also much better than the one I had previously gone to. They do a great job all around.

I've been seeing Melissa for 4+ years. She is a great massotherapist and it's an enjoyable 50 minutes.

The facility is clean. The massage therapist was very kind, respectful, and asked about pressure and comfort level. The only thing that could have improved the visit was if music was playingin the background.
