Ann Ann Ann is the only reason I'd return. If I owned the business, I'd pay her more based on experience and client and staff comments. She'll bring in business.

They gave me a hot neck pillow to put on my neck right away with a glass of water Jonny my therapist was very professional and did a great job at targeting my areas I wanted

I have been trying out two new massage therapists as the one I used is not there at this time and been satisfied so far. I have been going to this location for almost two years, I would have appreciated a call or the manager advising the therapist was no longer there and recommending another. The receptionist did this and so far so good. Skylar did my facial again and she is very very good.

Ann was very informative when explaining why I have areas of discomfort and worked those areas.

Liked both of our therapists. Would use them again Too many people in waiting room. Didn't like the fact that the guy checking us out ask why we didn't sign or fact we couldn't use gift cards for tips.

First visit to Hand & Stone location. Happy with the front desk staff, esthetician and location. Signed up for a Cryofacial package of 6 and also a membership during my first visit. The only disappointment was the initial 1X fee to join the Lifestyle Membership.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. The drinks were fresh. I will be coming back.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Gianna’s facial was SO relaxing!!!! She did a great job!

David continually does a good job. Wish I had gotten the gals name who was super friendly and got me a cup of water.
