When I walked in, it was very peaceful and the receptionists were so nice. It took no time to fill out paper work and then I was called back shortly for my massage. The therapist focused on all the places I asked. I felt to much better when I walked out!

Very easy to book my appointment via phone call. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The message therapist (Claudia) was amazing - she was able to relax the “stress points” in my back and shoulders. The whole massage was fabulous.

I have been extremely satisfied with the Ft. Myers location since I began going there. I have had a membership with H&S for 3 years but am just now changing my membership to this location. I had a problem relative to the charges and payments on my account -- from a visit at a different location back in May. I didn't realize (or else I had forgotten) that 2 payment credits had been used for an extended massage. I didn't know that any unused part of a payment credit is lost and not left on the acount. The Ft. Myers staff researched my account and were able to find when and where this had happened and explained it all to me. The entire staff there is excellent, and my massage therapist, Giselly Rodriguesl, is the absolute best. I have been with her for all 3 years. She is the reason why I have regularly gotten therapeutic massages. Thank you for the excellent program that you have.
