Hand and Stone

I was worried about getting a message due to an underlying health issue.My therapist Yasmin didn’t mind wearing a mask which put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my message, which was great! She is the reason I choose to purchase a membership.

I always have the same therapist and have had shoulder surgery and she knows me and my body well and exactly where to work on certain spots of my shoulder and my lower back where I have problems. Love having her as my therapist. She is great

Every one was polite. I received great service. Everything was clean.

The massage therapist Kylie was great! She asked me where my problem area were and applied the right amount of pressure. I always enjoy my services at Hand and Stone. Meagan is awesome for facials and Kylie is great for massages!

Hand and Stone feels like a high priced spa but is reasonably priced. I find the rooms to be comfortable and the linens are clean and soothing. I've found my person in Tamara. She is an amazing therapist and has helped me in so many ways.

The MT was very professional. Front desk staff welcoming. Entire spa was clean, well lighted and presented a welcoming area

I was helped almost immediately when we walked in, only 2nd in line of 2 customers in there. Part of the check in was to be asked if I needed to go the the restroom, which I did. When I came out of the restroom there were at least 6 customers in line for 2 receptionists. I had to get at the back of the line and wait 15-20 minutes. Then the therapist took us back to go over the health screening, etc. I appreciated that she wanted to confirm with the (receptionist?)what to do about the skin cancer on my leg but I could've told her just avoid that area. Instead it took another 15 minutes as I saw her waiting on the (receptionist?) to finish talking to the many other customers in there.

Shenee is a wonderful therapist - the best I’ve ever gone to! She is great at making me feel relaxed and addressing the areas I am experiencing soreness. My appointments are always the highlight of my week!
