Hand and Stone

My experience was great. The front desk staff are so awesome and very accommodating. My massage therapist is the absolute best. I would still like to see more membership perks during the week, this used to happen more such as small discounts as add ons. I’d also like to see if it’s possible to see the cost of membership points vs dollar cost to know which would ne better for an upgrade or addition to my massage. It’s hard to decide if I don’t know how many points I should use to add to my services.

Massage therapist (Shenee) does a great job - have used her for years. Every time the massage is very relaxing and addresses my issues. I plan to continue coming back regularly.

This was my first time doing any type of relaxing massage and it was great! I have never felt so relax and calm in a long time. I also am happy with the facial I got, because my skin was dehydrated I felt embarrassed but with the facial I felt better

The whole experience was excellent, from the ease of cost comparison and booking to the pleasant waiting area, kind receptionist and the expert care provided by my massage therapist. My therapist, Goldie, listened intently to my description of my physical issues and explained her plan to provide me with the care I needed. Goldie kept me informed of her next move and frequently elicited feedback from me throughout the session. As a nurse of 30+ years and someone with chronic pain, I had a plan of care in mind, but did not share that with Goldie waiting to see her assessment and how it met with what I knew of myself. I am grateful that Goldie listened to me and used her assessment to treat me as I expected. I have obtained a membership and look forward to continuing my healing journey with Goldie and the staff at Hand and Stone.
