My experiences with Hand & Stone have been excellent thus far! It is a nice place with pleasant staff. My RMT Samantha is very good at what she does! She applies the right amount of pressure while maintaining the essence of relaxation - perfect! The member price cannot be beat - I’ve already recommended to family in Mississauga they should check it out!

Ping is an amazing RMT and has a knack for knowing the right pressure to use. I always book well in advance since I’m only available evenings but if I wanted to book with someone else there are always other options available.

Clean and knowledge

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. The ambience was nice and more spa-like than I had expected which was great.

Ping is highly experienced and knows exactly where my tightness is. Maybe the rooms can have more decor to give is that spa feel.

Alvin was on time and ready to go. Worked on a specific area that was in need of his attention and did a GREAT job relieving pain and improving range of motion (shoulder). Alvin was easy to deal with and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done! KS
