We arrived early yet we were accommodated quite efficiently. The person who gave my facial was very informative and responsive to the issue that I presented. I have been provided updates and reminders to ensure that I was able to make the appointment, In addition, I have been provided electronic notification of any opportunities to take advantage of any openings as they come along.

With regards to appointment times/availability, it can be difficult to book appointments on my limited schedule with the therapists I prefer. That is a credit to their skill and professionalism.
