The staff is very friendly and courteous. The facility is clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. They do a good job of explaining services and offering enhancements.

Always enjoy coming to Hand & Stone. Hector continues to give me the best massage I've ever had. He is friendly, professional and does a superb job. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks. was not happy with Alex, although very friendly and sweet and professional --she asked me if I wanted to take advantage of a daily special, for an extra 30 minutes. I asked her how much and she couldn't give me a price, said about $10-$15. When it came time to pay, she said it was $25. LOL Would have been nice if she knew that information.

I was greeted and made to feel welcome the moment I walked in. Nathalie asked me questions about my needs and was very thorough in her explanation. She was able to give me suggestions about how best to continue to take care of my skin.
