The massage therapist was very attentive and did everything I asked for And more. The room was very calm and very relaxing. My husband also enjoyed his massage, and was raving about it for the rest of the day about how amazing he felt.

The manager at the Carle Place site is highly knowledgeable and organized. The massage therapists are great quality and the space is run with integrity and warmth. The only draw back is that I wish the reception area were a little less bright during the day because it is hard to transition from the dark spa room to the bright front.

From the time that George, the manager, had booked my appointment to the time that my massage was completed oh, I was treated like a queen. I had also booked my sister I massage and she too felt the service was exemplary. I don't live in the area anymore so the likelihood of my return will be very limited. However, I wish this service was available in Florida. This location in New York was amazing and the Florida location that I tend could use them as an example to improve. My massage therapist, Hector, was amazing. He was very attentive and paid strict attention to the areas I needed help with. I felt fantastic when it was over. Thank you for providing an opportunity for this franchise to open in Carle Place.

I felt that my masseuse listened to my concerns and thennused his skills and knowledge base to provide me with he best possible 50 min that he could offer.

Everyone from the young man greeting us, then the esthetisian Natalie, over to Hector the masseuse, lastly to the manager who assisted with my retail purchase was helpful and courteous. The 2 licensed professionals are true assets to their industries. Both being very knowledgeable and giving you the sense you are in the right hands. This is my new Hand and Stone
