Every single detail from booking an appointment to the ambiance of the facility and to the end of my facial was covered and handled in a professional manner. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard a woman say she travels from Boston to Long Island specifically for the personnel at the Carle Place location. Apparently, the Boston location isn’t as accommodating.

Service was great, receptionist was very friendly and I appreciated that there was no push to upsell me during the service. That introduces stress during the appointment and I just prefer to leave that in the lobby behind me!

John gave a very good massage. He listened to my complaints and kept focus to the areas I requested. He used a few salt stones to my back & shoulders and the entire treatment helped my aches considerably. I'd recommend him.
