The owner is very friendly. He takes the time to get to know the clientel. My therapist, John, was wonderful. He took the time to get to know what I needed.

Relaxing and welcoming environment.

I was a walk-in and I felt very welcomed. I asked for a facial hair removal treatment and I was accommodated within minutes. The aesthetician was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent treatment.

She was great for 1st time facial I was very satisfied . I loved it, I will be back. The staff is very nice and polite. Keep up the great work

The woman that checked me in was so kind. I really wish I knew her name. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. The receptionist made me aware of all the packages. I ended buying a package and a membership.

Such a wonderful experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed my appt from the minute I walked through the door. Look forward to trying out their other services.

My person took me in 5 minutes early so I really didn't have to wait at all. She was very friendly and didn't leave the room or not attend to me even for a minute which at O Spa in Garden City where I usually go I find it very irritating that when the put the mask on the leave the room for 15 minutes instead of massage your arms/hands etc as this person did at Hand and Stone.

Although it was very nice, I don't think I want to be tied down to a monthly fee. The facial was wonderful and the Alex was lovely, but too much money.
