The owners George and Roshni we're completely professional and friendly and explained everything in a simple manner and made my first visit an amazing one. The esthetician Alexandria was amazing and very knowledgeable and what she was doing. Can't wait for my next visit.

I need massages regularly. I've gone to Lifetime Spa, Nordstrom Spa, and Elizabeth Arden. This has been less than all the foot baths....crowds....and people constantly trying to sell me things I either don't want, can't afford, and don't need. Hand and Stone provides the massage and the receptionists are always top notch here. Kim the therapist is outstanding. Right pressure, Very quiet. Nothing more annoying than when you go to a spa and the therapist talks throughout the session. You miss the peace and quiet of the massage. I like having the same therapist and not having to wonder and anticipate who is going to be doing the massage. Always consistent....so far.

I was extremely statisfied with my experience at this Hand and Stone location because of the highly staff, the cleanliness and overall care care given to me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I appreciated the fact that product were offered but never pushed.
