When I came out to my car, I had odd people approach my car asking me for a charge. It didn’t make me feel safe.

I was not told that my therapist was running late with previous appointment. I had to approach the desk and ask. The receptionist was not aware that I had not been picked up. Later I was told that the previous client had been dizzy and too excessive time dressing and exiting room. There was miscommunication between front and back of the house. Receptionist had suggested an upgrade to my service free of charge. However, this was not presented to me in that way. I thought I had to pay so I declined. When checking out I was asked about the upgrade. I told them I was not aware of this accommodation and declined. I was told I would have this upgrade upon my next visit. I can certainly understand the consequences for lateness, but I should have been informed.

The therapist is wonderful. She always addresses my concerns and offers advice on things I can do at home to help. It is always a pleasure to have a massage at this location.

I did not like being sold different products. I simply wanted a facial. I did not experience any sales with my first H&S facial.

I had planned on cancelling my membership due to not enjoying my prior visits. Too much upsell during appointments making it hard to relax. My last appointment changed my mind. There was banging on the wall that appeared to come from the room next door.

I’ve been happy with the service but have heard that the rewards systems is being changed and customers were not notified of the changes.

I feel that there is a lot left to desire in the small space. A changing room would be nice. Also, the room next door was so loud. It wasn’t my massage therapists fault. But it was distracting.
