The sell up of the facial made me feel like I did not get a good enough facial because I did not Pay an additional price for the full add on. When you are offered products in such a vulnerable state (lying down after the start of the service) it feels hard to reject someone

I was satisfied! Ogechi did a great job. She was super gentle on my skin.

The massage therapist was excellent. the facility itself was less than spectacular. The waiting transition area was in the main lobby in full view of street traffic. There was no changing area, no robes or slippers, no choice of teas or infused waters. All of these amenities contribute to the relaxation experience and for the same price, other facilities provide these amenities.

There was a suggested tip rate flier in the room. It stated that an excellent masssage deserves a 55 dollar tip. That is ridiculous and not in line with tipp

Not provided the accurate cost of an upgrade when using packages. To date I have been unable to use points.

My only complaint is there is no way to book a signature massage on the app. I have to call to rebook my appointment.

It is sometimes difficult to book a massage, even a week ahead. I would love for 1 add-on to be included with member pricing.
