I felt that I had better facials in the past. This one was a bit mediocre. Usually more massaging was done.

It’s getting costly

All was great but the upselling of services and products was a bit much.

The massage is supposed to be 60 minutes but it always ends up being shorter. And the therapists covered the clock intentionally so we would think it was the full 60 minutes. Considering we are paying a lot for the membership, we should not feel cheated in getting what we paid for.

This experience was great. Loved relaxing atmosphere. Was nice to relax while it was raining outside.

The app does not show the number of packages available even though I use the same log in as the website. The ability to use points is too limited.

Massage therapist was good but I had expressed I didn't want my other leg massaged. Felt I wanted it more on my neck area. She said oh ok but you won't get the full benefits of the massage. I agreed to continue with the leg massage but felt she didn't concentrate more on the problem area. When I was finished she didn't offer me water or anything

I was not offered water while waiting. I wanted to use my available packages but there weren’t too many recommendations. I also asked to extend my accumulated packages and was told no without checking with a manager.

It was good, not petfect

I was satisfied. Wish the water was infused. Should of been asked if I wanted to adjust temperature in room and on the massage bed. Was asked at front if wanted my gluts massaged but it wasn't
