The products are so expensive. I feel pressured into upgrading my facial and I hate saying no. I wish they had travel size products for a lot cheaper for me to try out before buying a big bottle that’s so expensive.

After being a long standing loyal member (even making my monthly payments throughout the pandemic) it was disappointing that I was not grandfathered into my rate of $69 a month and that the new rate of $79 was not only applied to new members.

I was not satisfied because, I did not understand how to use the rewards. I did not want to use one extra service/upgrade in exchange for a full service.

I wanted two appointments for Monday the 15th but nothing was available so I took the appointments for Saturday 13th and I wanted the appointments at the same time, that was not available either, the were half hours apart. It was because of scheduling availability.

Loved my massage with Valery!! She was super knowledgeable and attentive. I felt that my esthetician, was nice but was trying to push upgraded services and products on me. I am happy with my own products and just wanted a basic facial.

Because the nearest Hand & Stone locations are not near by home in Queens. I was given a gift card from a friend in NJ and she did not know there were no nearby locations for me.

Too many texts/emails reminding me of appointment Hit traffic accident and was 3 minutes late, got a phone call. Created anxiety as we were first appointment of the day. Rushed us through registration.
