The receptionist took the iPad from my hand as I was filling out the forms telling me she would help me. My massage appointment was supposed to be for 90 minutes and was given a 60 minute massage with a $40 credit. I was not happy.

No specific reason

Everyone was great, just make sure to finalize payment options after the massage is over not during the massage, even if there was a payment error it may be better to handle it after the massage is over. Thank you!

I asked for firm pressure concentration to problem area, massage was very gentle like someone rubbing lotion only.

Karla is a great and friendly massage therapist. I am very satisfied with her as a therapist. The location is just a bit far for me.

The ambience of the environment in the waiting area is not as nice as the old Red Door Spa. A darkened room with soft music that is not at the main entrance of the spa would be more desirable.

60 min appointments should be 60 min of massage time, not 50 min of massage + 10 min for arrival/set up & departure.

Would prefer males & also firmer pressure

I was forced to sign documents and did not agree with in order to get a facial so I had to sign in protest . I recently saw that I was double charged on my credit card and now I must go back and inquire.
