I am highly satisfied with my Hand and stone experience.

Found the receptionist had an attitude

My esthetician Chantel was super kind, she took her time to educate me and tell me everything that she is doing to my face. She recommended me on great products and I will definelty return to her when I come back. The only problem I experienced was that when I came in I saw that my last name was misspelled it was Fuarez instead of Suarez and it was also incorrect in my email since my last name is in my email address. I pointed it out to the person checking me in and she said it would be corrected. At the end of my appointment when I signed up for the membership I was signing the contract and noticed again that my last name wasn't corrected

The therapist did not fully listen to my request, and I left with bruises on my shin from the pressure despite my request to focus on my IT bands

Too much pushing to add extras to treatment for up-charges.

Very easy to book appointment and very accommodating to time requested. Very relaxing atmosphere.

At this point I see no difference in my skin.

The esthetician was very good and very friendly. I was not please with how I was greeted when I arrived. Not hi just “last name?” She seemed less then enthused when she approached me to complete the application on the iPad which I didn’t like as I saw she did it for others. Further there were quite a few people in waiting room who were coughing, using their phones on speaker and rather inconsiderate. My waiting time was not long just not pleasant.

Therapist used a lot more oil than I am used to during the massage, but overall was a very good treatment.
