overall, it's a positive experience but i book 90 minute massages and the amount of time for the service is inconsistent. it often ends in a much shorter time. many of the therapists try to do stretches or more chiropractic type of activity even when i ask them not to. the lotions used don't feel high quality on skin. wait lists would be easier than having to call back for open appointments.

I loved the ambience of the reception area and also the ambience of the room I was in. The cream used during the massage was great as well. I loved that the lady that did my massage asked different questions before the massage.

When the massage starts late, it cuts into the massage time itself.the hour paid massage time is not an hour. The hour paid should be healed as close to the hour of a massage as possible.

I mentioned the areas to worked on. It seems that the masseuse was watching the clock and stalling in providing the areas that needed focus. Not the value I paid for. This location needs retraining of its staff.

After paying, my daughter and I asked if there were samples available. The receptionist smirked and said the samples depend on the recommendation of the esthetician. When my daughter said she would accept what the esthetician recommended, the receptionist had a change of heart and gave my daughter a sample box. When I asked for a sample as well, again the esthetician smirked again, but did give me a sample. It felt very unwelcoming! It left a sour taste in our mouths. My daughter called and we were given a discount for next time. A receptionist needs to know how important their smiles are.

All was well, I just don’t many people that live in the area.
