The message therapist was lovely and the experience was fine. But I don’t think the spa is up to par with the cost. I have been to other spas that offer a much more luxurious experience for about the same price.

Not sure, likely just lack of communication between therapist and myself. I kept waiting for her to move on to other areas but didn't.

My massage therapist Jamila was great, nothing negative to say on that. She was very attentive and helpful with my needs. The only thing I’d say is that I would like if there was a more spa like experience upon arrival to unwind before the session starts that doesn’t impact my service time.

Expensive

I booked with a specific person. Masseuse took the wrong client. I believe there should be a better way to make sure that the correct client is booked.

My membership cost was misrepresented to me. I have been a member for 5 plus years and told I would be grandfathered in at the rate of $69. However, each time I book a facial, I am charged an additional $10. This is not the definition of being “grandfathered-in”

I did not like being asked if I wanted another upgrade during the service. If I wanted the upgrade, I would have added it when I booked. I also didn’t like being asked, at checkout, if I was interested in a membership. If I was interested, I would have asked.

Overall good experience. Therapist didn’t ask for my pressure preference, but it was ok. She also didn’t use the stones as much as some other therapists (seemed more like a deep tissue massage with some stone work thrown in). But she did address my problem areas well.

I prefer deep tissue and the appointments for deep tissue at earlier times in the day were all taken for two weeks in a row.
