Hand and Stone

I was very impressed with Hand and Stone. It was my first time there and I had no idea it was going to be like a high end spa! The staff, ambiance, scent, treatment and products were all wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!

There was nothing wrong with the visit or staff first time at hand and stone and was satisfied with the service received

I was unable to use the additional $10 on my gift certificate toward an add on. There was no meditation music being played during the massage—during other massages I have had there has been background music which I find soothing. I feel flavored water could be offered instead of plain water.

It wasn’t a full hour. It’s more like 50 mins.

When I got my massage I told her about a problem area that I wanted she really didn’t work on it at all and when I had a facial it was just mostly cream and steam

Was an overall good experience. Esthetician could have explained her process more. One day after treatment not much difference in skin texture or appearance noted.

Did not like sound quality of music - takes away from experience.
