When I tried to leave comments on this survey I was unable to do that due to lack of space. The microdermabrasian treatment for $40 did nothing and it was a tiny vacuum that she ran over my face. I was satisfied but therapist kept asking questions during massage

The esthetician was wonderful and friendly and knowledgeable however she didn’t tell me she was going to use a product that I usually have an adverse reaction to. Once she found out (after she had already applied it) she did try to remove it and take care of it right away. Nonetheless, I do still have some residual redness and skin sensitivity even 2 days after the treatment.

The intake questions should have been given as soon as we walked in we were early and I was with a friend who is a member. My form questions took a while n massage couldn’t start until I was done!!! Bad!

I did not like the feeling of plastic/disposal gloves on my skin. I could feel the wrinkles in the glove.

I enjoyed my massage but I’m used to a spa providing a robe and slippers. Placing my feet on the rug after I undressed for my massage made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of the massage I was given a towel to step on because of the oils used.
