I scheduled 1 hr massage with add on 15 min scalp massage. I got there exactly on time and by the time massage started I lost about 15 minutes. This is fine because if I had come 10 min before my schedule I would save it however the masseuse was done 10 min before the whole hour was finished. She was great but this was the only thing I didn't like about my experience

The price for the service is quite a bit higher then I usually pay for a massage.

Massage was very good i even was falling asleep during it! She asked how the pressure was and pressure was okay at first but was light at others but that’s not her fault i didn’t say anything. The form of the massage was good it was just different than my other massages

I would like another therapist

Did not find staff at THIS location friendly at all. Except for the masseuse Josh. Would not return to this location. Did not feel welcome as I do in other locations.

Appointment did not start on time, but provider was very good.

I wanted more time and pressure spent on my hands and feet. The therapist massages movements were very fast.

I was a regular customer at the Red Door Spa very near this location prefer the atmosphere and convenience of a full service spa and salon.

It was a relaxing experience overall. Staff was very friendly and comforting and the therapist were knowledgeable of their craft. Did a great job at relieving stress

Facial was nice, esthetician was friendly and offered great advice. She did push a whole skin care line on me and the relaxing part of the facial was nice, a lot of the extractions hurt a lot. I have had facials where the skin was prepped a bit better to allow for easier extractions and did not feel as though that was the case here.
