I wanted to get a relaxing facial. My daughter gave it to me as a gift. I didn't need to hear about how long it's been since I had a facial, that I had so much damage to my face. Then I was propositioned with extra services. $60 later I was shamed into more things. It was stressful. I won't be back.

I felt very rushed to fill out the forms and get into the room. Atmosphere was not relaxing and it was very cold. Front desk wasn't especially welcoming. Since it was my first time at this H&S, i wasn't expecting total "relaxation" but I they could have gone out of their way a bit more for a first time customer.

The services were amazing and the original reception crew when I checked in. Upon leaving there was a new girl, which wasn’t a problem. She lied and said I couldn’t complete transactions with my invoice Ann’s tried to have me use my card twice. Then she made some additional errors. I understand new positions and errors when you’re a new employee. I just didn’t like that she lied and didn’t ask the manager, who was close by for help. After too deep in her errors then the manager corrected it and completed transactions on one invoice. When you lie about services or need assistance and don’t speak up you lose credibility.

I didn’t like how they added $60 or $90 for a little extra treatment that they highly suggested I get. But it’s ok, if it was necessary I understand. I just feel that it would be nice if they felt something was necessary, they would do it as part of the facial, without and additional cost.

I had a facial appointment scheduled this past Saturday and I called the Thursday before to try to schedule a massage either right before or shortly after my facial.. the receptionist I spoke to said she was putting me down for a 12:30p massage (my facial was at 11am). Upon arriving, I asked if I had to fill out the covid form again for my 12:30 massage to which the receptionist that day told me there was no record of me having an appointment in the book.. I just don’t understand how I was told one thing and it was never put in.. I don’t usually have issues like this and it’s not THAT big of a deal, but it was just disappointing to know I wasn’t getting all services I had originally planned for.

In the room I was not asked if I wanted to add on services (i.e. scalp massage or paraffin treatment). I felt pushed into getting the microdermabrasion and being it was the most costly add on I felt uneasy. The treatment was very nice and way better than the service I had gotten 3 years ago. I was early to my appointment and was taken early, but was in the room for less than an hour. I feel that extra time could have been used efficiently. It is advertised an hour facial so I think it should be close to that especially if I didn't take long to change and the consultation. I am heavily debating if I should continue to come here after my recent visit. The cost is high and I feel my money isn't worth the services.

Therapist was ok but I’ve had better. He was courteous and nice but was very quick in his movements. I think slowing down the movements would be more relaxing

Upon check in, I was immediately called out for being 4 minutes late. I understand the impact of being late, it may cut into my service time. I felt it was handled in a very unpleasant and unfriendly way, which set a negative tone for my overall experience.
