I asked for 95% of my massage to focus on back, shoulders and neck with very little focus on hamstrings and none on arms. About 25% of my time (which was about 40 minutes, not 60) was spent on my legs and arms. My neck was not touched

I was asked to arrive "a few min early for my 10:00 appointment. I arrived at 9:47, and the doors were locked. (Store hours say opens at 9am). I walked back to my car and had to call the receptionist to let me in. Also, somewhat lengthy online check-in/demographics should be able to prior to arrival to make most of allotted time slot.

It’s very off putting the way that the receptionist pressure patrons to leave tips. I always tip all servers but before anything the receptionist was focused on asking for a tip. It’s very off putting. I treated all the women in my family to a massage and the receptionist requested that I leave the tip after I paid for 6 massages. When I declined she called the individuals over and practically scolded them for not having left a tip. Very much a turn-off.

The service I received made me feel respected, welcomed and ultimately very relaxed. The therapist catered to my needs and she provided great information for overall wellness.

This was a surprise from my family for my birthday it was the best surprise of ever had I felt so relaxed so comfortable and I walked out feeling relaxed my body felt less tense it was a great massage

I brought a friend to use two of my accumulated packages, when i made the appointment and asked about using the extra packages for a friend i was not told that there would be a transfer fee. I only found out about the transfer fee after my friend said she was charged and paid it. These treatments were meant as a gift for her birthday, so i was a bit embarrassed that she was charged the fees. I would have paid for it if i had been informed when i made the appointment. There was also a slight miscommunication between the facialist and the receptionist regarding a sample i was told was being left for me at the front desk. This in itself wouldn’t have even been worth mentioning except for the first, more aggravating, situation. these items aside, the rest of the experience was quite nice.

I didn’t feel like my massage therapist was friendly at all. Didn’t work any area that I complains about. Hands and products were cold during massage.

I was never called to have my appointments confirmed. Didn’t get an email either. It would of been nice to not be changed for services I missed due to lack of confirmation. Which has happened more than once.

The massage was OK. It felt a little bit rushed & not relaxed. The massage oil was cold. The wet towel used on my back made the sheet wet, so when I turned over it was damp & uncomfortable
