Some issues with not scheduling the appropriate time.

The previous massage therapist informed me not to use hot towels due to being a cancer survivor. This therapist used hot towels and never looked at my profile.

the time I had to wait. she said she didn't realize she was over time but with me she on the timer.

Suggest warming the oils used during massage

I told them I needed attention in my upper back and I was still in pain when I left

I just didn’t walk out of the massage feeling relieved and less stressed. Don’t want to say it was a waste of time but definitely wasn’t great

Everything was great except for the receptionist. She was extremely rude and non accommodating when the intake form wasnt working. I showed up 20 minutes early and sat in the parking lot trying to fill out the form. I called back in and expressed my concerns and said its not working. She didnt seem to care and her demeanor was less than acceptable. When i walked in it felt like she was judging me and her body language suggested she was just rude and this is not the job for her. She told my massage therapist i was angry lol im not angry. The forms werent working and i was trying to be on time for my appointment. I run my own business and i can 1000% say i would fire that girl. She is not welcoming nor is her customer service professionalism spa worthy.

There's no specific reason. It would take alot to rate this highly satisified. It was a great experience and I was satisfied.

I wanted to know what the esthetician throughout the facial and I had to keep asking her step by step what she was doing. I asked at the beginning to please tell me and she needed reminders for every step. I did not find her particularly nice. I found her to be knowledgeable of the products she used. When I asked about a burning feeling at the end of the facial she did not seem overly concerned. The receptionist, Lauren was very friendly, helpful and kind!

I was satisfied - good service. I will return :-)
