Treatment some areas of my face irritated.

I don not like all the questionnaires you have to fill out before the visit. Really many more questions than a medical doctor would ask and none of you business.

I liked the esthetician very much, she sounded very knowledgeable. I do think the pricing is a bit high for the time allotted for a treatment. Other than that it was a good experience.

It was a very good experience,,, but I have had a lot of massages in the past some better and some worse... it was good

I have never heard of hand and stone. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my service and how easy it was to get an appointment.

Room could have been warmer. Left with soft skin but chapped lips. You should also put/offer to oil ( or alternative) on client’s lips during treatment

Not enough massage therapists or suitable times available. Gratuity increased significantly since covid. That cost is almost the cost of the massage!

It was my first appointment and realize the therapist was getting to know my body's needs. I wish she spent more time on the areas I told her I was experiencing the most discomfort but as mentioned, she was getting to know my body's issues. I scheduled a deep tissue and would have like a deeper pressure, also the massage didn't seem like it was long enough. I am scheduled for another one with the same therapist this coming week for 80 minutes which I don't really understand that random time if it is suppose to be an hour and half massage. Why is it only 80 minutes but you pay an additional $40 for 20 minutes? I am hoping this second massage with her will cover more of what I need. I liked the therapist a lot, she just needs to get to know me and hope more of what I need can be addressed. I think she was just being careful for our first massage. Your prices seem high compared to other places like Elements Massage where you get longer massages for less.

When I made the appointment I was told one person was available for my time who I would have liked to get but then was told she was not available to a later time.

I’m mostly satisfied and wondering if I can continue to afford the monthly membership. If I discontinue it solely because of cost.
