There was a problem with the computer at checkout extending the time it took for me to leave after the massage. While the receptionist was apologetic, it did take away some of the relaxation I had gained from the massage.

I may have preferred a different therapist I felt like I was being interviewed following my massage and put on the spot when asked about my feedback in the hallway The room was cold The room felt like a doctor's office Battery candles were cheesy

Masseuse did not address locations pointed out on my upper and lower back. The pressure was not firm as requested and she did not ask about my comfort level. She also finished 7 minutes early and seemed to spend more time adjusting sheets and getting oil and towels. Not satisfied with this masseuse but will return for my regular appointment with the ones I’ve used before.

My massage therapist is very experienced and told me my trouble areas before my massage. He asked me what I wanted to focus on during the massage. Also he asked me what I didn’t want which made me even more satisfied. Also, the ambience in the room really does help to make you feel very relaxed .

Because I booked both appoinments, I only have the one survey. My boyfriend’s massage was good, but the therapist made him keep his mask on while he was faced down, making it hard to breathe and enjoy the massage. My therapist was different, face down, no mask needed, face up mask needed, which I complied with.

Very clean. Staff are friendly and professional. The ambiance is relaxing.

I would have liked the areas I requested to be focused on more during the massage. I made it clear I wanted focus on the neck and shoulders but that wasn’t focused on.

The explanation around the point system can sound very confusing to the customer. There's got to be a better way.

The appointment was fine. No problems. It served my needs at the time.

Facials are not very fulfilling. Esthetician’s don’t spend a lot of time massaging the face. More time is spent opening jars.
