The experience is awesome. However wish there is more of a discount for members. Once additional services are added and tips are applied it is costly,

I got $40 add on and did not see any difference in my skin from basic facial. Overall very relaxing experience. Neck massage was missing.

At Hand and Stone Port Washington, NY, therapist only willing to do 1 hour massage, but your products offered 1 or 1 &1/2? Not reasonable!

Upon exit, when purchasing the buy 2 get one free massages, the counter person didn’t understand the process, and that I needed 3 gift cards, not 2. I pointed it out to her. The manager needed to help her process it properly. Not a big issue, but I’m head I was paying attention.

I believe the pressure asked for was attempted at but not achieved. I like firm pressure, especially on my problem areas. It was hard to fully relax because I kept thinking about it.

I was highly satisfied I am not enthisiastic I am happy with the service

I thought it was very pricey. The add ons are nice, but they should be in addition to the normal 50 minute facial, not during. Since I added two treatments, the time should have been extended. If the appointments are back to back, then I understand, but there should be a discount. For example a 50 minute facial with $60 of add ons should make the original $69 price $50 if time can’t be extended.

The Receptionists were stellar. They get a 10. The massage was expert level. Kan gets 10. The facial did not meet my expectations. I paid a lot of money for results that were not completely satisfactory. Still have flakiness on my skin, and that never happens after a good facial treatment.

I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was not taken in until after my appointment time. I had 2 services scheduled which means I didn’t receive the complete time for either service

1. Too expensive for not a 5 star service 2. Facial hurt 3. The massage clerk could be a bit more quiet so I could of relax 4. Charged me for an extra service for and I was not informed prior from the service
