Simone was wonderful and gave a lovely facial. I felt, however, that my overall experience felt very commercial with upcharges, and having a membership pushed on me.

I had to wait 10 minutes for the therapist to greet me. She explained another client showed up 20 minutes late. That should not have impacted the time my session started.

Nathalie is excellent- total pro. She is honest, and respectful. I always like to relax and I usually am on the brink of falling asleep! Nathalie allows me to relax while she improves my skin.

I would have been highly satisfied but I got stuck at work and my appointment needed to be short by 30 mins since there were booked appointments right after mine

The only thing that kept me from putting highly satisfied was the cost of the experience. It was great but a bit expensive. I would return.

I would like to have a better understanding of my perks as a member and how i can use my points or packages to optimize value. i used an additional package for 2 upgrades but had money left over that i lost. should be able to use towards products.

I understand you are a business, I just hate when you are approached with purchasing all these other items

My massage therapist was a little awkward and the massage consisted of more elbow pressure than kneading. I have experienced this with a couple of the therapists.
