I have had other facials and did not have to pay an additional $20 for some other cream she recommended

My daughter was visiting and came as my guest. I booked our appointment together she waited over 20 minutes for her appointment to start. I had to wait half hour after my appointment for her to finish

Massage room too bright and although asked what area to work on it was not done. Very pleasant masseuse overall the place is too bright need dimmer lighting

While facialist was pleasant there was no flow to the treatment ( which had been excellent with past facialists I have used at hand and stone. At one point I turned to see where she was and she was writing in a notebook. I did not enjoy this treatment as much as previous ones.

My facial appointment plus head massage only lasted 45 minutes. I was under the impression that the facial massage was for an hour. Slightly disappointed.

I enjoyed my experience. I did feel like me esthetician wasn’t really listening to me and was negating what I said. I would say I have oily skin she said no it’s not oily it’s dry and sensitive. She was trying to push for me to buy all these products for sensitive skin. She also commented that I have a lot of hyperpigmentation you need to wear sunblock. I am prone to freckles my whole family has them.

I discontinued going because the price went up.

The esthetician ran on time, but the massage therapist was 20 minutes late. I had to ask him to cut my appointment from 50 min to 30 min because I was short on time.

- The day I went for booking the first receptionist didn't know anything, then came another that help me a bring the specialist and that was better. - My session day I hire the membership but I felt some pression to get it and cannot even think about it
