I really enjoy the Carle Place location. The staff is very friendly, it is clean and always leave feeling better than I did walking in. The Himalayan salt stone massage was wonderful. The cold stone facial ad-on was AMAZING and my favorite part.

I did not appreciate the comment made about my culture from the esthetician.

my therapist in another place has spoiled me and I have not been able to find anyone else with her expertise that make me feel totally comfortable able to address my needs

Valery the massage therapist was amazing as well as the reception staff.

I was highly satisfied. There were just particular items that did not appeal to me. I thought the hand massage glove and the food massage glove should fit better.

Face was scratched. The upper and Lower eye lids were scratched, and cheek.

I am a member and requested a discount on the enhancement , since I have received an enhancement on most if not all of my visits. I am not sure why I could not receive one .In addition I have upgraded to the 80 minute massage which is absolutely amazing. I enjoy going there.

There was great work done on my left side but my right side was where I needed (& asked for) more work. We were talking so maybe she got distracted.

The receptionist was not familiar with membership pricing

The facial was less than impressive. The esthetician was nice the facial was nice. Nothing to write home about. Didn’t ask what I was looking for. Very little input. She did say my skin was clean but dehydrated. That’s it. Nothing else.
