I have been here for two years as a member and the therapist didn’t use massage technique and didn’t evenly distribute. The location was beautiful was just unsatisfied with therapist. Felt inexperienced.

Everything was great! I would have the calm, serene music to be better. The water fountain sound was a little loud but they turned it down for us! Also at the port Washington location they have some champagne and chocolates for us before hand which is a really nice touch!

felt relaxed and the masseuse relieved some of mya aches and pains.

I was mostly highly satisfied , the facial was a new experience for me. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I just was not ready to purchase the product. Very clean area and ambiance ! Cant wait to go back there soon !!!

They offer a first massage for one hour at $70. Mine was 50 minutes and I arrived on time so I’m not sure why it was cut short. I think the $70 per month should just be a straight hour instead of 50 minutes, that’s over one dollar per minute as it is.

was asked to come 15 minutes early to fill out forms. Forms completed, but I was not escorted into the room until 15 minutes after appointment time.This was a complementary facial, but I was asked about add-ons immediately without even knowing what was included in my facial.

Alicia was very good at communication, but i believe that her touch needs to improve. she was extremely gentle, but when applying product with cotton/gauze, i felt like there was very little touch, and my whole face was not covered. She did better when using the brush for the mask, but i still did not feel "covered" completely. I have facials every 3 months, with multiple aestheticians . I enjoyed it, but it was not one of my favorites.

i was hoping for more extractions during facial.

It was what I expected and I am quite pleased with both the experience and the results, therefore I would say I am "satisfied." I did not select "highly satisfied" because nothing was necessarily above and beyond. I had high expectations and they were met.
