Overall, my experience was good, the therapist didn’t do anything wrong, it was more of a misunderstanding at booking that confused me on what to expect. I thought I had specified the type of massage I wanted but that apparently was not the case and I should have clarified that when I checked in, so I take responsibility for that. Next time I will be sure to confirm what o want before going into the room.

Valery is by far, the best massage therapist at this site. She is highly knowledgeable regarding muscle groups and how to relieve pain in specific areas of concern. She also provides practical advice on how to remain mobile despite challenges with old age.

Convenient locations, option for products for sensitive skin, BOGO sale as well as an Esthetician who was knowledgeable but not pushy with insisting on buying products will prompt me to purchase further services.

This was only my second facial but I felt like Kristin helped me understand my skin and why she suggested the service she did. She explained what products were best & how to use them.
