the staff is knowledgeable. the services are on time and provided relaxation and relief. the one frustration is that i’m not able to check my account online and have to ask at the reception how many packages i have and who i’ve seen.

I enjoyed my visit immensely to this Hand & Stone location. The reception area was attractive and personnel there were helpful. I especially loved the relaxing massage by my therapist.

Tina is an amazing aesthetician. Very knowledgeable and makes sure to listen to concerns. Every time I have a facial appointment with her, I leave feeling more confident in my skin!
