Everything was on time. I got the full 80 minute session and the whole experience was great. The massage therapist made me feel comfortable as this was my first ever massage experience. I enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end.

From the moment I am greeted when I walk in on any Saturday morning with a smile. Your front desk staff know me by name which is nice. Ruth is always on time and knows where I need the most work done on my back. All the staff are friendly.

Everything -- from the moment I got there, to the literally 2-3 minutes I waited to start, to the ambiance in the massage room, to the calmness and knowledge of my massage person Chantal (sp?), to her recommendations of products and routine care.

The massage therapist Valery is one of the most helpful therapists I have encountered in all my years getting massages. She has helped me relieve my back pain and has made significant contributions to my knowledge of exercises I can do to relieve my pain.

Booking appointments is easy. Tina is amazing and has really helped with my skin. I wish some of the upgrades weren’t so expensive. I already pay $80 per month and I’m apprehensive to do upgrades because my monthly cost gets too high especially with how expensive the world is today. Sometimes I think about canceling my membership just because of the monthly cost.

Very friendly. Massage therapist could tell where I kept my stress. She gave me stretches to do to help this at home.
