Friendly during my first visit made me feel comfortable!

The receptionist made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. My therapist was punctual and respectful to my needs and focused on the area that was my concern.

Hand and Stone (Carle Place, NY) is a terrific location. I have found both my "go-to" facialist and masseuse after several visits. My only complaints are that the products for sale and some of the "add-ons" are expensive (even with membership discounts), and that this location does not stock any of the flavored water enhancer drops that are available at my other location in Fort Myers, Florida.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The massage was great and the therapist was knowledgeable. The place was clean and everyone was very accommodating.

Patty is the best ever. She always makes me feel better and she’s super knowledgeable. I love coming there. There is no one else as great as Patty who always applies the right pressure and fixes my aches and pains. She’s also so kind and the reception staff is also very kind

The therapist,Carla, was very knowledgeable, especially regarding issues I explained to her regarding my foot issues-soreness with pressure on a specific spot. She was able to work around it and gave me very satisfying results!
