The in house experience was calming, easy, welcoming and reflexed exactly what I'd hoped for - relaxation. Valery, the masseuse, is extremely good at her job. The person who originally booked the appointment over the phone was distracted and made me feel uneasy. Her telephone manner was abrupt.

Ruth was great at identifying problem areas and applying pressure to work through them. She also made me extremely relaxed during my massage. I felt really great after my massage was over.

Valery is by far the most experienced massage therapist on this site. Her knowledge exceeds all the other massage therapists and she really understands how to release muscle tension as well as provides helpful tips to keep muscles loose in between appointments. Highly satisified with here service.

I don't often get facials so it's a treat for me when I do so. Lily was a perfect match for me in that she was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive (to the right degree). I tried the "dry" dermabrasion (first time) based on her recommendation and am very pleased with the results. I will ask for Lily for my future appointments and would recommend her to friends/family.
