Chantal was amazing. She addressed all of my skin concerns and offered her expertise on how to treat them at home. She provided an ambient and relaxing space where I felt comfortable and safe. I can’t wait to go again! My only issue was when I made the appointment, I was told that if I canceled, my entire gift card would be forfeit (massage and facial), due to the fact that it was same-day. I understand a penalty for canceling but did not like to feel threatened by the receptionist by losing my gift card.
