The entire experience was fantastic at this Hand & Stone spa! Reception area staff was friendly and helpful, and the waiting area was both tranquil and inviting. The massage therapist was also friendly and asked questions to find out about any areas needing special attention. I found Natalie to be very professional. She analyzed my skin and told what she is going to do. When I arrived I was greeted by George who wad extremely nice.

Me esthetician was very knowledgeable and thorough, she took time to evaluate my skin type and recommend a routine I feel will help me maintain a clean skin in the future. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and really made the place feel welcoming.

From the receptionist the staff was very friendly. The therapist took the time to ask if there any specific areas I would like worked on. From time to time he asked if the pressure was okay.

Upon entering the atmosphere was perfect, clean, relaxing and calming. I was approached by the reception staff and checked in quickly. My therapist met me shortly after arriving. Valery introduced herself, guided me to the treatment room and proceeded to explain the massage procedures. I was booked for a 90 minute Swedish massage. The atmosphere in the room was extremely tranquil. The 90 minutes passed very quickly. I wanted more! Valery’s attention to detail was outstanding and her massage techniques were equally outstanding. I will return to the Carle Place location and highly recommend them.
