The Carle Place location. Is top notch and the staff is phenomenal. Valery is my therapist and I am extremely satisfied w her and the staff. I keep going back because of her and the overall friendliness of everyone.

I had used Patty twice prior to yesterday and she is just wonderful. She listens to me and is genuinely concerned about me as a client.

Patty is a perfect therapist. She is smart and precise. I have been going to her for a few months every other week or more. The issue I had last week ( not yesterday) was the receptionist was rude. She advised me I could not wear my bandanna face covering because it was a “law” to wear a mask. I was aghast since I have been visiting this location since the summer and always worn this type of face covering. Her ignorance does not bode well for the company. Patty apologized when it literally had nothing to do with her at all. You think that Patty would tell me if that wasn’t an acceptable face covering since she is the one who works closely on me. The front desk associate remarks were ignorant and she was misinformed. This is not the way to treat a well paying client who buys gift cards and visits several times a month. This is no reflection on Patty or the rest of the staff. Again, I have visited many times and this face covering was always deemed appropriate by everyone else.

The staff is always patient and polite. My massage therapist Valery is the best. and the facility is spotless.

The facility was clean and the atmosphere calm. Receptionist was very helpful. Service providers for massage and facial were knowledgeable and competent.

Beautiful, comforting environment. Friendly, courteous staff. The masseuse, Karla, is a true professional in every sense. She and the support staff insure I will continue to utilize the fine services offered by Hand & Stone.
