From minute I walked in, the Carle place location was spotless, all covid compliant, I felt very safe and comfortable. Nathalie gave a fabulous facial and patty is always fantastic. Love this place and they have great holiday specials and gift certificates

Ambiance was relaxing, Spa was very clean. Everyone was kind and attentive and professional and my massage was amazing!

My experience at Hand and Stone was a delight. Josh, the receptionist was amazing at checking us in and made us feel welcome be offering us either water or tea. Overall, my massage by Karla was exceptional. She did an amazing job!

The check-in process was very easy and understandable. My massage therapist was very patient and greatly focused on the areas I asked her to focus on. If I could afford to, I would 100% become a member and take advantage of the perks.

Karla was amazing. She focused on my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I loved the lavender oil, the music and the warm bed!

Ron(massage therapist) took time to ask what I liked/needed. He was very in tune with how much pressure was required. I would book another massage with him for sure!
