Hand & Stone in Carle Place has always maintained a clean and safe environment. Now with the pandemic I feel the Spa is doing and exceptional job in making one feel safe with all the extra protocols in place. My facial with Tina was outstanding. Tina has always tailored my facial to my unique needs. She shares her knowledge of skincare, suggests products that might be helpful and listens to any concerns I might have. I appreciate that products are suggested but never pushed. Josh helped in his ever kind and understanding way to resolve an issue with my membership. Although I still don’t understand the issue I place my trust in Josh, fully knowing how honest and caring he is. Thank you to all.

Ron expresses incredible professionalism. His knowledge of the bodies anatomy and proper techniques to use were very advanced. It was the first time I experienced a trigger point massage. Will be doing it again

This was my first time trying the wax service. Tina was welcoming, friendly, made me feel comfortable, was able to speed up or slow down at any point as needed. She kept checking with me to make sure I was okay. Lastly, she had a lot of knowledge about skin care products. All the Hand & Stone staff always greets and takes care of my needs as efficiently as possible. Highly recommend this Spa.
