Valery asked key questions. She explained her technique then applied my feedback. She made the room extremely comfortable by having the table warm before we began and offered me an extra blanket. She focused on the areas I told her needed most work and made sure the pressure was to my liking.

Massage therapist was great. The covid protocols made me feel very comfortable. She spent a food amount of time on areas that I requested.

Everything is very clean. Massage was very nice. Hand and stone should improve prices however. I got the Himalayan salt and it did not feel any different than a hot stone massage but I paid extra for it.

With what is going on in our current time, I felt at ease at the Carle place center. Great welcome greeting. My therapist, Valery is amazing. She knows her profession and explains as she goes along. She always checks to make sure pressure is fine. I highly recommend her.

I was very impressed with the safety measures that have been put in place due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. The staff did a great job of being friendly and welcoming while doing “what needs to be done” for public health. My massage therapist, Ron, was fantastic! He clearly explained what would be different (from pre-pandemic massages) and took the time to really get to know my concerns and goals before starting. He addresses them all during the session. I will definitely be back soon!
