Patti was FANTASTIC! What a great addition to the Carle Place location. I’ve been so dissatisfied with other massages at other businesses that I gave up on getting them! Because we cannot get facials due to Covid restrictions, I decided to give it a try. I’m SO GLAD I did!

My massage therapist is personable, amazing and knows the pressure points and amount of pressure to use to remove my stress, aches and get me to relax. This Hand and Stone location is clean, warm and welcoming. Everyone is always friendly.

There was a mistake made when I booked my massage. I always book 80 minutes, but it was only booked for 50. My massage therapist realized and tried to go longer than 50, but it would have messed up the next appointment starting on time. She left the manager know and he, the therapist, and front desk staff kept apologizing. I was fine with it, mistakes happen no big deal. They still offered to cover the cost of 30 min of my next massage. Really nice. Staff at Carle place location are always great!

My massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed what I needed and she was able to add on the aromatherapy for me even though I did not request it when I booked the appointment.
