I am highly satisfied with my Hand and stone experience because from beginning to end receptionist were professional. Paty my masseuse is always friendly, pleasant and professional she is very knowledgeable.

I have been a member for awhile and usually only go to Patty at Carle Place ny. she is hard to get an appt but she is worth waiting for.

The massage therapist listened to my issues and addressed those areas during my session. She also provided me with recommendations on what to focus on in my next appointment. I was fully relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards .

The in house experience was calming, easy, welcoming and reflexed exactly what I'd hoped for - relaxation. Valery, the masseuse, is extremely good at her job. The person who originally booked the appointment over the phone was distracted and made me feel uneasy. Her telephone manner was abrupt.

Ruth was great at identifying problem areas and applying pressure to work through them. She also made me extremely relaxed during my massage. I felt really great after my massage was over.

Valery is by far the most experienced massage therapist on this site. Her knowledge exceeds all the other massage therapists and she really understands how to release muscle tension as well as provides helpful tips to keep muscles loose in between appointments. Highly satisified with here service.

The Staff was very friendly.

Leila is amazing. She applies the correct amount of pressure and asks if it’s ok. My body was beat up when I entered and when she was done my body was relaxed and renewed. I look forward to going back.
