Compared to some of the other locations in Long Island, this one here definitely is a winner. The manager, Josh is always pretty much present, unlike other locations the manager/owner is never present. Overall the always make me feel warm welcomed upon me walking through the front door to the receptionist check in.

Wait time was not that long. I was able to book appointments for three people for the same day with no problems. The spa was very clean and the staff super friendly. Esthetician was very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with my results.

One of the best facials. Christina made It a very relaxing experience.

Great therapist

My massage therapist is very professional and good at his work. I love the manager at this site and I think he provides a very strong setting for relaxation.

The front desk staff was delightful - welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The masseuse was great - kept the pressure as I liked it, adjusted if needed, and worked through the muscle knots causing my constant tightness.

I always find the staff very helpful and caring about my time and appointments there. This location as well as our other location in Naples, Florida is just wonderful!
