Natalie is absolutely outstanding. She’s knowledgeable and caring and has advised me to do the treatment that has been the most successful for my skin condition yet. The whole team at hand and stone in Carle Place is highly professional and very welcoming.

As this was my second visit at Hand and Stone, I requested a different therapist than my first visit just to get a sense of other therapists and not because the first therapist was not good. The manager, Josh, was on point with assigning a new therapist for my second visit. Additionally, since I was running early, I called to see if they were able to take me an hour earlier which they graciously accommodated. Absolutely delightful and professional service.

This location is very refreshing! I hope they keep up the good work. Will definitely return to this location.

Maura was my therapist and she was incredible she checked in with me regarding pressure and was able to relieve 99% of my pain during this visit. I will be returning very soon to continue my progress to get to 100%. Maura was incredible.
